Victoria's Aggression

When I first stepped into this role, Victoria’s aggression was a significant challenge. Her sense of justice was skewed, leading to physical altercations even when she wasn’t in the right. It was perplexing, and her reaction often involved fighting and harsh words. The journey with Victoria has been one of transformation, a path marked by efforts and small victories.

I vividly remember instances where she’d pick fights, regardless of who was right or wrong. It was her way of imposing her version of justice. Sin embargo, something beautiful has unfolded since then. Victoria has changed, evolved into a version of herself that exhibits less violence, albeit very occasionally. It’s heartening to witness a decrease in the frequency of her bad words and aggressive behavior.

The intensity of her negative reactions has diminished significantly. While there’s still room for improvement, the effort Victoria has invested in changing her ways is evident. Your support has played a crucial role in creating an environment where these positive changes can take root.

Afraid of Water

Little 6 year-old Susanna has been learning to confront her fears and her traumas.

She used to be extremely afraid of taking showers. Even if water would touch her face, it would trigger her trauma so bad that she would yell so loud.

Meet Maria Guadalupe Colorado Jimenez, de otra manera conocido como, “Lupita.” Lleva casi medio año trabajando para Love in Action..

Su historia comienza en Puebla, México. es la mayor de cuatro hermanos, una madre de dos hijos, y una viuda reciente.

Lupita conoce Love in Action y nuestras chicas desde hace más de 15 años debido a su participación directa en la misma iglesia a la que ambos asisten. Cuando Love in Action era un orfanato de niños y niñas, sus hijos a menudo pasaban tiempo con los niños. Desde entonces, A Lupita le ha encantado ayudar en todo lo que puede en nuestro ministerio..
